To help connect manufacturers and vendors to the independent channel, the North American Retail Hardware Association (NRHA) created its Vendor Partner Program. Through the program, companies that are already in the home improvement space can give back to independent retailers. The support that these organizations provide, through advertising in Hardware Retailing and other methods, is invested back into NRHA programs that are tailored to the specific needs of retailers like you. The resources that the Vendor Partner Program benefits run the gamut from industry-specific research, like the annual Cost of Doing Business Study, to retailer training and networking programs, like the Retail Leadership Institute. Each year, NRHA researches industry trends that impact independent retailers and compiles the data into studies that help retailers run more efficient operations. The NRHA Retail Leadership Institute provides advanced, industry-specific training opportunities for retailers who are looking to further their careers.
